Gnawa UK - a big hit at the 2010 Festival and back again in 2011
Golborne Road Festival 2011
Sunday July 17th, 12 noon to 6 pm
It’s Golborne Road Festival time again, and as in previous years, the Golborne will be coming alive with live music, dance, food from around the world, children’s entertainment and arts and community stalls.
With Golborne Road closed to traffic for the day, the Festival offers a great day out for children. They’ll be kept amused by entertainment including Hamido the Clown, the chance to clamber around on a real fire engine, face painting and a bouncy castle – all FREE!
Some stalls will be selling food and other items, but everything else is FREE!

The Festival has been organised by Golborne Forum with support from the Safer Neighbourhoods Team, Kensington & Chelsea Social Council, and lots of local people and groups.
The sponsors who have made the event possible are Catalyst Gateway, Golborne Ward Initiative, Mansell Construction, Metropolitan Police, Nu-Line, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the Westway Development Trust.
