T Level Jewellery at Morley College on Wornington Road

Applications for the next Morley College T Level Jewellery Course for 16 to 19-year-old school leavers is open now for a September 2026 start at the Wornington Road Centre. T Levels in Ceramics, Health, Science, and Education and Early Years are also available at Wornington.

Equivalent to three A-Levels, T-Levels are two year qualifications with substantial work experience, around 30 percent of course time. They offer a clear alternative to A-Levels and provide a direct pathway to employment, higher education, or higher or degree level apprenticeships.

The first T Level Jewellery course at the Wornington Road Centre started last September. In this short YouTube clip two current students explain what the course is all about - and why they like it so much.

Morley College lecturer Jenny Macdonald said, "I've really enjoyed teaching this new Jewellery T Level. At the Morley College Wornington Road Centre we’re be able to offer small class sizes, a well equipped studio and opportunities to progress to employment or further education.

"We've also seen two of our students nominated for prestigious awards, Aston University Goldsmiths Institute's Signet Ring competition and the OneToWatch competition sponsored by Cooksongold."
