Plans for Trellick and Edenham

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is now publishing a regular newsletter to keep residents informed about plans to develop the area adjoining Trellick Tower. The Council plans to improve local facilities and provide new homes.

There are two distinct parts to the site, the temporary coach park on Elkstone Road and the rest of the area lying to the south and immediately below Trellick Tower.

The first stage of the process involves the appointment of architectural and specialist historic building consultants. They will advise on the possibilities for development of the area, bearing in mind the heritage status of Grade II* listed Trellick Tower. Options will then be prepared and local residents will be given the chance to give their views.
