Wornington Green latest

Kensington Housing Trust has now submitted its full planning application for the demolition and renewal of the Wornington Green Estate. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will consider the application in Spring 2010.

If planning permission is granted, August 2010 will see Phase 1 of the works starting, with a projected finish date of November 2014. Phase 1 is split into three further phases, 1a, 1b and 1c as detailed below:
